With Isle of Wight Distillery releasing their brand new mermaid inspired bottle earlier this year, it wasn’t long before we also received their gorgeous Mermaid Pink Gin too!

Mermaid Pink Gin at 38% ABV infuses the flavour and aromatics of Island strawberries with the smooth yet complex taste of Isle of Wight Distillery’s award-winning Mermaid Gin, a blend of lemon zest, grains of paradise and fragrant rock samphire.

The rock samphire, foraged from the Island’s shores, is locally known as ‘Mermaid’s Kiss’, as it grows just above the sea’s high-tide line.

Mermaid Pink Gin is the perfect foundation for a summer fruit cup with ginger ale, or a Mermaid Pink & Tonic – garnished with strawberries, fresh mint and or a slice of lime.
