Sky Dining inspiration: Petits Fours

Acclaimed chef Steph Moon returns this summer for another series of Sky Dining events, with a brand new seven course menu for diners to savour. In this blog series, Steph will take us through each course to share her culinary inspiration.

With sea views across Portsmouth Harbour and the south coast to savour as you dine, it’s only right to incorporate a little bit of seaside fun into the final course. Steph has chosen a selection of beach-side snack favourites and added a little twist to make them her own.

Course number seven: Petits Fours

Strawberry popcorn

Lollypop candy floss

Ginger starfish

Cone of lemon

Chocolate pebbles

Steph says of her final course: “Accompanied by coffee or tea, the petits fours are a touch of Seaside madness. Who doesn’t love Candy Floss or Chocolate Pebbles? Seaside tastes but without the ‘Kiss me quick’ hat I promise!”
