Spinnaker Tower thanks all attractions across the view for working with us for our February half term ‘Stories from the City’ trail.

This project saw support from Gunwharf Quays, Blue Reef Aquarium, Visit Wight, Gosport Borough Council, The Mary Rose Museum, Portsmouth Historic Dockyard, Hayling Island Ferry & Locals, Portsmouth Football Club and Pompey in the Community and Portsmouth City Museum as well as photographs from local photographers Gianpaolo Mario and Chris Doyle in creating a fascinating series of stories to follow around our stunning view.

Local artist, Kate Rees from Bay Tree Gallery, was also incorporated into our half term fun, creating an authentic, fantastic illustration of the Portsmouth map and all of those stand out spots which make our city great. Kate’s Portsmouth and Southsea colouring book is also available in our Gift Shop!

We also announced Pompey in the Community as our charity partner on the night of Portmouth FC vs Blackburn Match at the famous Fratton Park Grounds. From meeting Nelson to Portsmouth FC Players, Adam May and Brendon Haunstrup at the Tower, there was plenty of extra entertainment!
