Local matters. Food miles are important to the consumer, but our concept has an added perspective. From the top of Spinnaker Tower the view stretches for 23 magnificent miles and we aim to use local suppliers that we can see from the Tower.

We’re proud members of Hampshire Fare, championing the county’s food and drink producers, supporting them and celebrating their produce. Their produce is used in our experiences, such as our very popular High Tea’s (make sure you book one! They sell out!)

Here are some of the fantastic local suppliers we work with!

The Isle of Wight Distillery

Rooted in the natural landscape of a unique island, the Isle of Wight Distillery works in connection with nature to create premium, hand-crafted spirits.

The distillery’s signature spirit is Mermaid Gin. It delivers a smooth yet complex blend of fresh organic lemon zest and peppery grains of paradise, with a hint of sea air from locally foraged, fragrant rock samphire. This coastal botanical, nicknamed by locals as “mermaid’s kiss”, is wild-foraged from the island’s cliffs.

The distillery proactively strives to protect the environment. They present Mermaid Gin as plastic-free and supporting seagrass meadow restoration projects locally and overseas.  Ingredients are ethically sourced or wild-foraged.

The Mermaid Gin and HMS Navy Strength ranges take inspiration from the ocean and island’s natural elements.

Mozzo

Mozzo started as a wind and solar-powered art covered coffee cart in 2005. They specialise in crafting, sharing and serving exceptional coffee experiences.

Mozzo wants to make the world a better place through their coffee. They continually seek to maximise the social impact, minimise the environmental impact and highlight the commercial value of their efforts.
