Portsmouth Residents Discount
Anyone living in a PO postcode area is eligible to receive a 20% discount all year round. This discount cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other offer or promotional ticket. The operators reserve the right to restrict or refuse discounted admission on special event days. Children under 16 years must be accompanied by an adult.
You must provide the following two proofs of residency on arrival at the Spinnaker Tower. Identification in the form of:
- photo ID with address or
- a utility bill/authorised letter with a name and address on it or
- a valid Portsmouth Leisure Card and
- a cross-referenced bank/membership/store card with your name and signature. You may be asked for a signature.
Failure to provide valid proof of residency on arrival at the Tower will invalidate the discounted ticket and you will be charged a top-up fee. Discounts will be available to the claimant and his/her family living within the same house up to six people. The discount does not apply to visiting family. Claimant must be present and purchase all tickets at the time of entrance. Discount cannot be used for High Teas, Special Events or in conjunction with other discounts.

Besides our popular PO residents discount, we offer a variety of other discounts such as:
- English Heritage 10% member’s discount on presenting your valid member’s card
- NHS 10% discount to Health Service staff on presenting a valid Blue Light Card
- Defence Discount Service, 10% discount to members of the Armed Forces, Veterans and Armed Forces Community with a Defence Privilege card
- Wightlink Isle of Wight ferries customers receive a 30% discount on presenting a valid booking email or a physical ticket
All discounts can be redeemed on the day. The above discounts cannot be purchased on the website.
To be eligible for the discounts you need to provide proof of documentation listed above, failure to do so will incur a top-up charge. Discounts will be available to the claimant only and can only be used against our General Admission tickets. Cannot be claimed in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions.
