JOINT EMIRATES SPINNAKER TOWER AND ACTION STATIONS
TRAVEL & TOURISM WORKSHOP
Emirates Spinnaker Tower and Action Stations (inside Portsmouth Historic Dockyard) are delighted to offer a joint Travel & Tourism workshop which focuses on the business, our customers, marketing and our teams. The day runs from 10am – 3pm offering a combination of presentations, workshops and visits to both attractions.
We appreciate that each group is different and therefore we offer a flexible programme, allowing you to choose a timetable, the presentation content and corresponding activities/workshops for the lists provided. For example if your students like to do rather than listen, then kick off with our ‘Who are we’ 20 minute presentation, this outline what our businesses do, prices, main products and services, follow this with our interactive ‘mystery shopper- good host bad host 40 minute’ and ‘customer services skills’ 40 minute workshop which look at the customer experience and staff training to help engage with our clients.
Available throughout the year to suit your timetable. Download the Spinnaker Tower & Action Stations Leisure & Tourism Information Sheet
To book your workshop please contact the group bookings team at Emirates Spinnaker Tower or the Learning Co-ordinator at Action Stations. Minimum group size is 15.
“We really appreciate all the hard work you had put in and the way in which you tailored the session very specifically to our needs. It was well structured and well paced…”
A France, The Royal School
“Very flexible in negotiating a programme to meet our needs. The variety of presentations, workshops and activities were based around the attractions and were all relevant to our students and their research. Timings and information were really good with short bursts of information followed by activities and handouts, which made it all really structured. The students also commented on the quality of the day compared to other similar trips. Excellent value for money for such a good opportunity and quality of presentation.”
James Shepherd, Godalming College
