Please have visit date and time when you call, along with approximate number. Our bookings team are available Monday to Friday 10am – 5pm.
Payment Option
Payment 7 days prior to your visit is preferable however payment on arrival or by 30 day invoice is possible for established educational organisations. Please contact bookings@spinnakertower.co.uk to arrange this. You will be required to complete an application for account form before your first visit.
The Spinnaker Tower accepts cash and cheques (in sterling), Switch, Mastercard and Visa. Cheques should be made payable to Heritage Projects (Portsmouth) Ltd.
Cancellation Policy
Notice of cancellations must be received in writing from the group organiser no later than 7 days prior to the visit date. Booking cancellations received within 7 days or less of the visit will be subject to 100% cancellation charges.
