Booking your group visit

Our group bookings office is open from 10.00am-5.00pm weekdays.

When you make your booking we will require a contact name, address, telephone number, preferred visit date and the number in your party. Your booking will then be confirmed in writing.

Payment Options

Full payment must be made more than 7 days prior to your visit. The Spinnaker Tower accepts cash and cheques (in sterling), Switch, Mastercard and Visa. Cheques should be made payable to Heritage Projects (Portsmouth) Ltd.

Cancellation Policy

Notice of cancellations must be received in writing from the group organiser no later than 7 days prior to the visit date. Booking cancellations received within 7 days or less of the visit date will be subject to 100% cancellation charges.
