Terms and Conditions

1. To become a member of Spinny’s Fan Club you must be under 16 years of age.
2. Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by at least one adult whilst visiting the Spinnaker Tower.
3. Membership is valid for one calendar year from the date of purchase.
4. To help save paper the e-newsletter can only be emailed so please ensure you put an email address on your application form.
5. You are required to bring your membership card to the Spinnaker Tower to receive your 25% discount in the Spinnaker Tower’s Gift Shop and to gain access to the Spinnaker Tower when using your fan club tickets.
6. The Spinnaker Tower reserves the right to alter or withdraw any package, facility, exhibit, event, service or price without notice and to refuse admission to any party.
7. Please allow 7 working days from when your payment has cleared for your Members Pack to arrive.
